What is the Maintenance Assessment and when is it due?

The Association collects an annual assessment in advance from each lot owner. Assessments are used to provide various services to the community which currently includes security and solid waste disposal.

The maintenance assessment is payable annually on January 1. Any assessment not paid within thirty days after the due date bears interest at the rate of ten percent per year. Sterling ASI performs the billing and collection of maintenance fees.

Do we have Deed Restrictions?

All properties in Atascocita West are bound by "Deed Restrictions" which have the purpose of maintaining the quality of the neighborhood. The full documents are available for viewing/download under the Documents and forms section of the website.

Do I need to get approval before making changes to the exterior of my home?

Yes! ALL external improvements or modifications to your house, such as the installation of a pool, a patio cover, a fence, or change in house colors, must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC").

What days are trash pickup in the neighborhood?
Republic Waste Services provides trash service in the community. Service days are Tuesday and Friday. Please have trash cans to the curb by 7:00 am. Bulk waste days are on the fourth Friday of every month. For more details, please click here.
